DataBank is pleased to announce that we are currently recruiting for a Data Entry/Keyer to join our Production team. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for data entry of loose documents according to job priority and client specifications. This job is considered providing an essential service.

We are seeking a new team member to join the following shift:
- 1st Shift: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
The position will be based out of our Chesterton Data Management Services location at:

Responsibilities
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Ability to read and understand job specifications
- Key client account numbers or medical records numbers quickly and accurately
- When applicable, bin boxes of medical documents
- Assist prep department with preparation of medical documents for scanning as necessary
- Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements
- Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years data entry experience preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
