Join BizzyCar, a fast-growing startup, and play a key role in expanding our customer base!
We’re looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our Revenue team. In this role, you'll drive top-of-funnel activities, helping to grow our customer base and streamline our go-to-market efforts. As a crucial part of our sales team, you’ll identify and develop new business opportunities, research and qualify leads, and build relationships with potential clients.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll engage prospective customers via phone, email, and text, collaborating with Account Executives to convert leads into customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy the challenge of discovering new business, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Research – Identify and research target accounts, developing customized outreach strategies.
- Target Outreach – Engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to build relationships and generate interest.
- CRM & Automation – Utilize CRM tools and automation to enhance outreach efforts and manage pipeline activity efficiently.
- Lead Conversion – Present BizzyCar’s solutions to prospects, identify their needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings with Account Executives.
- Collaboration – Partner with the sales team, joining demos and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and handoffs.
- Stay Informed – Keep up with BizzyCar’s products, new features, and market trends. Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing outreach and customer relationships.
