Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Follow Up on Leads, which consist of both Warm Leads and Outbound Cold Calls, Generated by the Marketing Department
- Generate Qualified Leads for the Sales Team by Pre-Qualifying Potential Customers
- Establishing Rapport Quickly & Confidently through Phone, Text, and Email Outreach
- Listening and Understanding the Customer’s Needs by Providing a Friendly, Positive Experience for Our Customers
- Inputting and Maintaining Customer Data in CRM, managing Sales Team schedules, & Confirming Appointments
- Meet Daily & Monthly Goals
