Position Overview: The Rep Support Manager ensures all training and Support Center content is updated frequently to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supporting the Sharetown Rep Network. Support Manager actively trains, mentors and manages a team of Rep Support Specialists to support the Account and Regional Managers with day to day needs of Reps.
Responsibilities:
Rep Resources
- Modify, maintain and create eduMe training and Zendesk Support Center content based on the needs of the Rep Network and Managers
- Manage content posted on the Shaertown Rep Support Facebook Group, including comments
- Educate Reps regarding policies and procedures
Sales Support
- Perform ad checks and provide feedback and support where appropriate
- Discount damaged, aging, unique, or hard to sell products
- Set, monitor and maintain expectations
- Educate Reps regarding policies and procedures
- Celebrate Rep success
- Assist with Rep incentive programs and prizes
Communication
- Manage all Inventory related Zendesk issues/tickets in a timely manner
- Managing escalations and ensuring any issues/tickets are resolved quickly
- Communicate with the VP of Sales and Sales Team any rep concerns, problems, or potential issues
Qualifications:
- Understanding of Sharetown practices, policies, procedures, products and pricing
- Experience with:

- eduMe
- Hubspot
- Secondary Market sales experience and success
- Innovative and Proactive Problem Solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
