As a Sales Executive specializing in Mid-Market Insurance, you will be responsible for sales and customer acquisition within the insurance industry. This role will be responsible for forging lasting connections with key stakeholders, seal game-changing deals, and drive unprecedented growth within the mid-market insurance segment. Armed with your expertise and determination, you'll not only meet but exceed annual growth and retention targets, while fostering mutually beneficial relationships with top-tier executives to fuel our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Use your expertise within the Insurance industry to develop and maintain trusted relationships with insurance executives and educate them on HONK’s value proposition.
- Offer strategic guidance to mid-market insurance carriers, steering them towards innovative solutions in roadside assistance, accident management, and AI-driven accident scene mitigation services.
- Showcase your prowess in negotiation and deal-closing, consistently surpassing sales targets with finesse.
- Lead the charge in orchestrating large-scale rollouts for major accounts, harmonizing cross-organizational efforts for seamless execution.

The pay for this position is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. HONK is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, commission, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
