Adecco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Associate near Marlborough, MA. This fully remote position requires occasional in-office presence; therefore, candidates local to the Marlborough, MA area are preferred. This role focuses on providing exceptional service in a professional and confidential manner, assisting with inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and documentation. - Location: Targeting candidates within commuting distance of 300 Value Way, Marlborough, MA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with potential shift adjustment to 12pm-8pm starting April 2025
- Assignment Type: Temporary
- Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary Point of Contact: Address HR-related inquiries across multiple contact modes (phone, email, and ad hoc reports), specifically on W2s, 1095s, and HR policies.
- HR Systems Assistance: Help associates and managers navigate HR systems effectively.
- Documentation: Record call summaries and process details in the case management system.
- Issue Escalation: Partner with internal specialists and escalate complex cases to ensure thorough and timely resolution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable TJX, state, city, and federal regulations.
- Process HR Transactions: Perform accurate and timely entry of HR transactions within the HCM system.
- Knowledge Building: Utilize internal resources to build familiarity with a variety of HR subjects.
- Project Support: Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems and experience with HCM systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to manage sensitive information effectively.
- Ability to navigate and reference HR policies, procedures, and resources to support associate inquiries.
- Flexible with potential schedule change to 12pm-8pm starting in April 2025.

Pay Details:$21.00 per hour
