About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and customer experience. This is largely a customer support role, so much of your work will be responding to our customers via several channels including email, phone, EMR, and live chat.
What you'll do
- Answer customer inquiries to maximize customer satisfaction
- Become an expert on the AgelessRx product and service offerings & be able to educate customers on those offerings
- Upload relevant patient documents into EMR system
- Assist with developing and improving the customer experience infrastructure
- Help develop and improve company processes and internal efficiency
- Review patient check-in's and escalate to the medical team if needed
- Work with the Medical Team to get new customer prescriptions approved
- Work hand-in-hand with pharmaceutical partners to ensure prescriptions are delivered on time
- Provide administrative support for various medical initiatives, including small clinical trials
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in client facing role
- Interested in longevity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Top-notch organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be self-directive and able to work independently
- Ability to work consistently between the hours of 11am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday
The pay range for this role is:
59,000 - 59,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
