A leading health technology company is looking for remote agents for an outbound call center
- Start Date 12/09
- Location: Remote, need to live in Houston, Texas
- Equipment: will be shipped directly to candidate’s homes
- Pay: $16.00/hour
- Type of job: Temp to hire
- training: 17 days 8:00am – 4:30pm CST
- Hours after training: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (30 min lunch
Duties
- Agents will be on the phones all day making and receiving calls to/from providers office to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
- Requires associates to meet specific KPI’s (key performance indicators) hourly
- All of their monitors can be mirrored and monitored. 100% of their work is monitored by a work force management team so everything can be seen live.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 yr of call center experience, data entry with multi-tasking
- Candidates will be expected to meet hourly and daily KPI goals and should be prepared for these expectations prior to starting.
- Must be FT present at work and free of distractions such as TV, music, pets, cell phones, other people in the home, etc
- Ensure you are in a private area. Screens/Monitors can only be visible to you due to confidential information on screens. All calls are recorded for quality purposes
- Must have workstation that has enough room for two monitors, a laptop or desktop, and all other equipment with ethernet cable connected at all times.
- You are only permitted to work from your home address provided at the time you were hired. You must be logged in using work equipment only.
- Zero time can be missed within first 90 days.
- internet speed of 25 mbps download/10 mbps upload
- Assessments: Typing 20 wpm (2 attempts) & Computer assessment (75% or higher | 1 attempt)
- They must be comfortable being on camera if the supervisor requires it.
Dress code: Although they are remote, they will be required to be on camera for daily team huddle meetings
