Job Details:
- Projected Start Date: 3/10/2025
- Location: REMOTE! Houston and surrounding areas, Texas (Must live no further than 45 mins from Houston, 77086)
- Equipment: Shipped directly to home (No P.O. Box allowed)
- 17 days training: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (7 days classroom training, 10 days of nesting) 100% attendance required during training, no exceptions!
- Hours after training: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (30 min lunch)
Job Description:
- High volume calls environment – making and receiving calls to/from providers office to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
- Emphasis on understanding, meeting, and exceeding customer needs and maximizing customer satisfaction. Follows up to ensure intended actions are accomplished and results are achieved.
- Engage individuals emotionally and rationally; leverages supporting evidence to address anticipated objections; summarizes benefits to ensure understanding.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work remotely
- Basic typing & Computer assessment
- Proof of high speed internet in home. (Must have internet already installed BEFORE start date).
- Internet speed of 25mbps download/10mbps upload (speed test required).
- No additional time off during first 90 days. *NO EXCEPTIONS*
- Minimum of one year of call center experience. Data entry as a plus.
- High school diploma or GED
- Detailed oriented.
- Multi-tasker that is accustomed to staying on track and working with more than one monitor.
