This is a high-volume call center position where you’ll be working with providers to retrieve medical charts for insurance companies. You will be expected to meet hourly KPIs and deliver consistent performance. Job Title: Outreach Agent – Full-Time!
- Location: Houston, TX area! (Must live within 45 mins of Houston)
- Projected Start Date: 3/10/2025
- Pay: $16.00/hour
- Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST, Monday – Friday
- Work in a remote environment, allowing you to have a better work-life balance. Equipment provided!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to/from provider offices to obtain patient charts for insurance purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating clear communication and a commitment to quality.
- Adhere to strict attendance requirements, as this position has zero flexibility during the first 90 days.
- Accurately document and update patient information and provider responses.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service or sales experience (hospitality, travel, healthcare, etc.).
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace.
- Commitment to training: No time missed during the first 90 days of employment.
