As an Outreach Agent, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service within a fast-paced call center. You’ll be working directly with providers to retrieve medical charts for insurance companies, and will be expected to meet performance-based goals. If you have experience in a high-volume call center environment and are motivated by achieving KPIs, we want you on our team!
Job Title: Outreach Agent (Full-Time)
Location: Houston, TX (Must live within 45 minutes of Houston)
Start Date: March 10, 2025
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm CST
Work Environment: Remote (with equipment provided), allowing you a better work-life balance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to/from provider offices to collect patient charts for insurance purposes.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clear communication and high-quality interactions.
- Adhere to strict attendance policies, especially during the first 90 days (no flexibility).
- Accurately document and update patient information and provider responses.

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
