Reputable construction company in New York, New York 10016 is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Project Manager, and Controller. This is a full-time opportunity, on-site offering a compensation upto 60K with growth and benefits!
The ideal administrative assistant holds the following credentials ... • 1+ years of administrative assistant experience ; responsible for answering calls, coordination, write proposals, follow ups, communication via emails on proposals, data entry, filing, order office supplies, follow up on events and event coordination and organization , review bids and handle paperwork for bids, assist with payroll.
• Degree is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Will teach and train; go-getter attitude, energetic and organized
The administrative assistant will be responsible but not limited to the following-
• answer calls, data entry, reports, order supplies
• mail, copy, scan, file in server and cabinets
• collect payroll timesheets, verify timesheets, input data into excel
• process payroll, complete CPRs for projects
• maintain employee records including benefits such as PTO/sick days etc.
