Outpatient Administrative Assistant
Remote Position - Must reside in CT, NY, or NJ ... About the Position:
The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Regional Director of Outpatient Services and will assist the Regional Director with all aspects of the role's day-to-day functioning. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Regional Director in regards to scheduling, communication and interdepartmental correspondence, project and event management, as well as other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Your Role:
• Maintain schedule of Regional Director of Outpatient Services
• Coordinate and schedule meetings as assigned
• Record meeting minutes and action items
• Assist with project management and event planning as needed
• Maintain timely and effective communication across departments
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• At least one year experience as an administrative assistant - Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - Required
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel - Required
Compensation:
The base rate of pay for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 annually. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
