Key Objectives

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
Assist clients with account management, transaction questions, and product information.
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Contribute to the development of FAQs, support materials, and process improvements.
Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the financial services industry.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support, preferably within financial services.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of financial products, regulations, and compliance standards is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Relevant certifications in customer service or financial services are advantageous.
