We are looking for a reliable and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working remotely.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools
Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not always required
