- Location: Suite 505 - 750 West Broadway, Vancouver BC Canada V5Z 1H4 (Please note that this is an in-person clinic position. Remote work is not available for this role.)

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Clinic Hours 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must also be available for occasional Saturday shifts as required.

Our services extend to general ultrasound examinations and X-Ray, ensuring a wide spectrum of medical imaging needs are met under one roof.

What you’ll do
- Manage high-volume incoming calls efficiently, ensuring prompt and professional customer service
- Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling, balancing patient needs with provider availability
- Deliver comprehensive information about services, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the organization's offerings
- Maintain and update patient records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Implement and maintain efficient front-desk procedures, including patient reception and greeting, to enhance overall patient experience and operational effectiveness
- Process and track referrals, liaising effectively between patients, providers, and external healthcare facilities
- Handle communication flow by taking detailed messages and ensuring timely delivery to appropriate staff members
- Execute a wide range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry, to support smooth office operations
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion when handling sensitive medical records and patient information in accordance with privacy policies and regulations
