Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, customer success, operations, legal, HR, and sales) to ensure strategic alignment on product goals and deliverables.
Champion a user-centric approach. Deeply understand customer pain points through continuous research, interviews, and user testing to validate product ideas.
Identify opportunities for automation, deep integration with third-party tools (e.g., HRIS systems), and continuous user experience improvements.
Partner with marketing and sales to define robust go-to-market strategies for new features and platform releases.
