We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Input Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support operational efficiency and data integrity. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure that all information is precise, accessible, and up-to-date, enabling smooth business processes and informed decision-making. Responsibilities

Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software with high accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain and update records through efficient data entry, filing, and organization of physical and electronic documents

Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats, ensuring clarity and correctness

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and organize large datasets for analysis

Support order entry processes by verifying information and processing transactions promptly

Collect, review, and verify data to ensure completeness and consistency across systems

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data collection, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval
