We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments

Schedule meetings and coordinate virtual events

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents

Maintain digital filing systems and records

Handle data entry and database management

Respond to customer or internal inquiries in a timely manner

Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking

Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
