The Loan Servicing Back Office Specialist supports the administration of unsecured loan accounts by ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and documentation throughout the loan lifecycle. This role maintains data integrity, processes payments, account updates, and supports servicing requests in alignment with company policies. The specialist plays a key role in operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and audit readiness while enabling customer-facing teams to focus on borrower engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Credit Reporting: Maintain and submit timely and accurate customer credit reports to major credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax)
Reviewing and entering detailed payment information into our systems of record
Gathering documentation, reviewing information, and accurately entering it into the system of record
Responding to internal email correspondence promptly and professionally
Processing payment change requests in the system
Efficient Task Execution and Processing of daily assignments
Skillfully handled intricate tasks, including skip-a-pay requests, payment deferrals, autopay, wires, physical checks and adjustments to payment dates.
Ensure meticulous compliance with SCRA regulations, maintaining a record of account accuracy.
Meet all deadlines for project completion
Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of loan servicing operations (unsecured lending preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in an equivalent field
Knowledge of E-Oscar a plus

This role is open to US remote candidates and pays $20.00 - $23.00 an hour, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.
