We're seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. You'll handle tasks, communications, and operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Organize files, documents, and data
Provide administrative support to executives and team members
Assist with event planning and coordination
Perform tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative experience
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
