We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Data Entry professional to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle data management, clerical tasks, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Verify data accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory tracking, office supplies management, and general office maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support and/or data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
