We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Data Entry professional to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle data management, clerical tasks, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Verify data accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
Assist with inventory tracking, office supplies management, and general office maintenance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support and/or data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Skills & Competencies:

Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Work Environment:

Office-based role; may include occasional remote work depending on company policy.
Standard office hours, with occasional overtime as required.
