A company is looking for a Bid List Data Entry Researcher.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret GC planholder lists and bid lists for relevant contractor and project information
- Ensure data quality and consistency by reviewing and updating records for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct secondary research to confirm project award status and collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in research, data entry, or a similar detail-oriented role
- Experience with Google Suite, HubSpot, and internet-based research systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet quotas
- Construction industry experience or familiarity is a plus but not required
