Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager
Join Lockheed Martin as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager where you will play a key leadership role within the Rapid Change Organization (RCO) supporting AMMM, F-22, F-35, F-16, ADP, and sustainment programs. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless material flow, inventory management, and production support, directly contributing to operational efficiency and program success.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading & Building Culture: Providing leadership and oversight to hourly personnel, fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Material & Parts Flow Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material and parts movement, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Production Support: Overseeing material requirements for production SWBSs, ensuring a controlled flow of approved materials to meet production schedules.
- Inventory & Compliance Oversight: Supporting inventory management, control, and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Warehouse Quality Control: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in warehouse operations to support seamless material movement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to drive efficiency and address operational challenges.

Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Experience extracting data sets to analyze data for decision making and development of metrics and tracking tools for reporting and managing processes.
Demonstrated capability to analyze information, establish and drive resolution and escalate information appropriately.
Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
