The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Lovable.dev Expert to join our team full-time as an in-house Product Engineer to work closely with our CMO in building, optimizing, and scaling internal tools, workflows, dashboards, and AI-powered applications for our clients using the Lovable platform.
Your core objective is to industrialize bespoke software. You will work directly with our CMO to build "Business-in-a-Box" solutions—creating high-fidelity Lovable applications (dashboards, CRMs, internal tools) that are not only powerful but easily duplicatable for our 4,000+ non-technical clients.
Important: This is strictly an individual contributor role for a full-time internal hire. We are not looking for an agency, a dev shop, or a fractional contractor.
What You’ll Do
- Architect Replicable Templates: Design and build Lovable applications specifically intended to be "Master Templates." You must ensure these can be cloned (remixed) and deployed by users with zero coding knowledge without breaking database connections or logic.
- Simplify the Complex: Take complex backend logic (Supabase, API integrations, Webhooks) and wrap it in a user-friendly frontend that feels like a "plug-and-play" experience for the end user.
- Educational Support: You are a strong communicator. You will record high-quality Loom videos and write simple documentation explaining how to set up, connect, and customize your builds.
- Internal Tooling: Rapidly prototype and build internal automation tools and dashboards to support our CMO and operations team.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all builds are production-ready, secure, and free of "hallucinations" or broken logic before they reach our client base.
- Proven, expert-level experience with Lovable (must provide examples or screenshots)
- Lovable.dev Mastery: You have an extensive portfolio of Lovable apps that go beyond simple landing pages. You understand the limitations of the platform and how to push past them.
- Product-First Mindset: You understand that a tool is only as good as its usability. You can design workflows that anticipate where a non-technical user might get stuck and solve for it in the build.
- Technical Depth: Experience with Supabase (Database management), API integrations (REST/Webhooks), and automation tools (Make/Zapier) is essential.
- Communication: Excellent English (written and verbal). You must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
