- The Care Management Support Assistant 2 contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.Works directly with state agencies to monitor members eligibility
- Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments
- Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction
- Schedule will be Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm EST

Required Qualifications:
- This position is remote, but candidate MUST reside in state of Florida
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- 2 or more years of administrative support experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
- A dedicated home office space, with a locked door, lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in women’s healthcare
- Obstetrics experience
- Bilingual
- Previous call center or related customer service experience
- Case Management experience

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
