We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project activities, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful delivery.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and opportunities.

Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project challenges.

Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.

Mentor and support project team members and junior project managers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a senior role.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.
