Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call center environment
- Act as a patient advocate to facilitate problem resolution via telephone
- Perform accurate registration interviews and verify insurance information
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of data entry experience - Required
- 2 years of clerical/customer service experience, ideally in healthcare - Preferred
- 1 year of experience with third-party payors and computer data entry - Preferred
- 1 year of call center experience - Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Required
