What We Are Looking For
- Must legally be able to work in the US
- Must be at least 18 yrs of age
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check
Key Skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience with technical customer service support an asset
- Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Background in providing Square support from various industries including retail, banking, or any other type of Square service is an asset
- Quiet and distraction free workspace
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Must pass a background check

- A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 5.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed
