About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between clients, internal staff, and merchants—ensuring loan applications move smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate is skilled in loan processing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Location
LendingUSA is a fully distributed company, and this role is 100% remote. Team members work from across the United States, and this position does not require relocation or in-office attendance. Candidates must be able to perform their duties effectively in a remote work environment and maintain reliable internet access.
Compensation
Salary Range: $37,000 - $44,500 USD*
Commission: Up to $3,000 USD** per month, **based on performance

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Contact consumers to assist with application submission.
- Collect additional information and/or documentation needed to extend loan offers.
- Efficiently follow up on all assigned loan applications in a timely manner.
- Meet monthly performance goals and minimums as set by management.
- Perform accurate and extensive data entry, including detailed customer communication notes.
- Communicate with internal staff, borrowers, merchants, and other agents to resolve closing issues.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails, averaging 90+ calls per day.
- Complete all required compliance training and stay current on regulatory policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer financing, loan processing, and/or sales.
- Background in debt settlement is a plus (not required).
- Solid understanding of lending principles: loan processing, underwriting, credit review, and compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple loan approvals simultaneously.
- Excellent phone presence and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse individuals.
