Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time BCBA who is passionate about making a difference and ready to work in a remote, Georgia-based role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing meaningful clinical oversight and client care.
As a BCBA with Treetop ABA, you will:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and use data analysis to track progress
- Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians
- Partner with families and professionals to ensure cohesive care
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices
Qualifications
- Must reside in Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BCBA
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- State LBA license (required or in process)
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus
