Responsibilities
- Serve as primary finance contact for Information Technology labor capitalization
- Prepare and submit capital labor entries and asset forms
- Maintain and update monthly capital labor forecasts, financial reports, and depreciation forecasts
- Additional responsibilities include assist in monthly operating forecast and annual budget with leadership in assigned areas
- Act as financial approver for contracts and purchase orders for assigned areas
- Provide variance analysis for monthly forecast, annual forecast, and budget
- Coordinate with leadership in areas to complete regular and ad hoc requests for reporting on financial and capital labor data
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
- Three years of experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience within an IT Finance and/or Healthcare organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
- Experience with capital assets and capital labor preferred.
- Experience in a multi-company Accounting environment preferred
