About the Role
I am hiring a proactive Executive & Personal Virtual Assistant to support me in growing and expanding my investments and real-estate holdings.

This hybrid role blends executive operations, personal support, and legacy project coordination—helping manage both business and family priorities.

You’ll handle scheduling, communication, research, and digital organization while keeping projects and personal logistics running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity for a dependable, resourceful professional who thrives on autonomy and precision.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

Manage inbox, calendar, and meetings
Conduct company and market research
Maintain Notion dashboards and files
Draft correspondence and summaries
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and advisors

Personal & Family Support

Organize family schedules, travel, and reservations
Handle flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics
Manage gifts, vendors, and personal tasks remotely
Maintain strict confidentiality

Legacy & Special Projects

- Assist with family-legacy, philanthropy, and archival work
- Organize digital materials and Notion project boards
- Coordinate education and cultural initiatives
- What I am Looking For
  - 3 + years as an Executive / Personal Assistant or VA
  - Excellent written & spoken English
  - Proficient with Notion and Google Workspace
  - Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
  - Works well across time zones (EST preferred)
  - Loyal, calm, and solutions-oriented

Bonus Skills

- - - Experience in real estate, M&A, or family-office settings
    - Basic presentation / design skills (Slides, Canva)
