What You’ll Do
- Connect with members and potential members through digital channels, providing prompt, courteous, and thorough assistance.
- Promote Credit Union products and solutions to strengthen members’ financial situations.
- Build long-term relationships and create exceptional member experiences.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve service and sales goals.
- Refer members to other departments as needed, ensuring a seamless experience.
