Who are you?
Personify Health is seeking a detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator to support new client onboarding and provide exceptional ongoing service. In this role, you’ll act as a product expert and trusted partner, helping resolve client issues, analyze benefit trends, and support renewals.
You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met, coordinate open enrollment activities, and contribute to strategic decisions that drive satisfaction and retention. If you're proactive, collaborative, and passionate about client success—we’d love to hear from you.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
- Collaborate across business functions to ensure client needs are met.
- Follow through on outstanding items until resolution.
- Monitor internal performance to confirm client expectations are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Research issues, access necessary resources, and escalate to the appropriate internal expert for resolution.
- Participate in and/or host client meetings as needed.
- Assist in organizing and executing open enrollment strategies, health fairs, and employee education sessions.
- Support Account Managers during the contract renewal process.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- 1+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare industry
- Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service is ideal
- Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives
- Clear written and verbal communication style and strong collaboration skills

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $19.00 to $25.00. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
