The Opportunity
- Oversees, coordinates and reports on Engineering related eGRC issues and actions through close cross-functional collaboration and diligent record keeping and collaboration.
- Communicates frequently with Action / Issue owners, Risk Control Managers and upper management through various channels to drive closure of multiple GRC issues.
- Updates and maintains various dashboards and reports to various levels of the organization.
- Ensures timely remediation and closure of issues by working with Technology teams, Risk Managers, Issue Governance, 2LOD and Internal Audits.
- Provides regular metrics and status reports on issues, risk acceptances, exceptions, and audit readiness. Metrics to be provided for multiple levels of the organization.
- Drives and supports risk acceptance processes, including documentation and obtaining approvals.
Note: Candidates located in the EST time zone are preferred.
Experience Required for Your Success
- 3 years of banking or financial industry experience.
- Must be proficient in writing complex documents that are clear and succinct for non-technical readers.
- 2 years of Auditing experience including CFPB / Internal / and additional sources which identify GRC issues.
