About the Role:
A STAT audit team member can work remotely and are an extension of our Bentonville "in office" team. Our audit team members are familiar with post audit routines and possess an "out of the box" mindset. The goal of each team member is to review deductions taken by retailers and/or post audit groups to determine if valid and due. If found to be inaccurate or invalid, our team members package the supporting data/evidence and provide our clients with clear to understand documentation.
What You'll Do:
Work with our clients to identify deductions taken by retailers themselves or via 3rd party post audit firms
Audit team members will evaluate the basis of deductions and confirm their validity. Differences due our clients will provide via clear to follow dispute packages
These packages will be inclusive data, contracts/agreements, or combination
Team members will share and follow up with client to ensure both parties agree with the dispute approach planned
Audit team members will log, track work, and follow up regularly
Requirements
Who You Are:
2+ years work experience in a post audit capacity
Bachelor's degree preferred - Relevant work experience will be considered.
Multi-retailer experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical
Strong project management skills
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Necessary
Advance skills in Data Representation - utilizing softwares such as MS Excel, Sheets
Prefer experience in SQL, MS Access, Alteryx, KNIME or other Data Analysis Tools
Flexible and eager to take on different tasks and challenges as they pop up
