Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Shifts are 8 hours and hours range from 7:00am – 4:30 pm after training. Overtime may be needed on weekends and evenings in the peak season.
Employees will be able to work remotely after the completion of mandatory in-office training.
Pay: $17.00/hour – We offer higher rates of pay for bilingual Spanish speakers.
Job description:
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. This includes:
• Providing information to customers for warranty claim orders, order status, and product knowledge requests.
• Processing customer orders, changes, and returns
Requirements
• Previous customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving and analysis skills

• Proficient in verbal and written communication
