The Informatics Credentials/CQI Manager is critical role within the GMR IT department, responsible for overseeing the technical implementation and support of our SaaS credentialling product. This includes working with our partners to deliver solutions that align with the organizations strategic goals and meet the Product teams expectations. The Informatics Credentials/CQI Manager collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are in alignment with the GMR mission. Additionally, this role will contribute to the product roadmap by working with internal stakeholders as well as our vendor partners to ensure that the technical requirements of the product are considered.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical voice of the credentials/CQI products.
- Responsible for delivering on the roadmap and collaborating with both internal and external customers to analyze needs and align with strategic goals.
- Facilitate product-related decision making within the CQI team.
- Proven capability in planning and executing strategic objectives efficiently, resulting in positive outcomes for the organization.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships
- Develop key objectives, results, and strategies, and utilize the product data to collaborate with business stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Possess an understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies with clinical documentation system.
- Engage with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development phases to facilitate the strategic growth of EMS Clinical Software.
- Respond to inquiries regarding the product and its functionalities.
- Serving as an advocate and subject matter expert within the community
- Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements in accordance with the GMR product delivery methodology.

Qualifications:
Experience & Education
- Experience with Agile software/product delivery.
- Exhibits collaborative skills and maintains a high level of professionalism.
- Exhibits expertise in presenting to and educating healthcare professionals at various levels.
- Strong analytical skills in data collection, interpretation, and analysis.
- Experienced with software platforms such as Microsoft 365.
- Five years of relevant experience as a technical manager in settings related to patient safety, healthcare administration, clinical practice, education services, or continuous quality improvement.
- Capable of gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data for complex business processes.
- Experience in process improvement and change management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or experiential equivalent preferred.
