SUMMARY: The mission of this position is to serve as RV operator, to provide on-site support to GMR Motorsports Program personnel and customers, and to professionally represent the GMR Motorsports program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete in a timely manner all required company training.
- Be fully available for and complete all assigned racing events.
- Operate in accordance with manufacturer guidelines the motorsports RV and all support vehicles assigned to the GMR Motorsports Program.
- Gain and maintain a strong working knowledge of all assigned program vehicles.
- Maintain all program vehicles in a clean and tidy manner, stocked to established standards, and ensure that all program vehicles remain in proper working order.
- Ensure that all program vehicle issues / incidents and maintenance needs are communicated through the proper chain of command.
- Properly maintain all uniforms and equipment on board assigned program vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with GMR Motorsports Program leadership.
- Manage travel expenses in accordance with established company travel policy, and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Maintain home state driver’s license without restriction and obtain / maintain any and all endorsements necessary to operate all program vehicles in all GMR Motorsports operations states.
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
