What you'll do...
Project Coordination and Event Planning
Coordinates, plans, and schedules projects, company, and business-related events with minimal direction.
Researches and identifies options, resources, and cost efficiencies within established timeframes.
Establishes dates, timelines, and agendas.
Identifies and coordinates specific technology needs.
Manages pre-travel preparation and business needs.
Acts as a coordinator or liaison for visiting associates and guests
Calendar Management
Handles administrative aspects of calendar management for leadership and team with minimal or no supervision.
Coordinates appointments and understands calendar needs.
Anticipates and identifies time requirements for pre-meeting work.
Monitors and maintains calendars and the use of meeting rooms or facilities.
Utilizes business knowledge to prioritize requests and identify key attendees
Communication Management
Utilizes business and process knowledge to construct electronic, verbal, and written communications for leadership.
Follows-up with requests to ensure resolution.
Communicates with senior leadership to gather information and resolve issues.
Drafts and sends communications on behalf of supervisor.
Reviews content and edits documentation.
Receives, reviews, and prioritizes incoming messages
Financial and Business Data Management
Coordinates with other areas to collect data and information.
Compiles, forecasts, and reconciles divisional data.
Identifies and escalates risks and concerns.
Creates and maintains reports, reporting tools, and templates.
Maintains security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Receives, interprets, and processes invoices and expense reports against a standard.
Reports time, reviews for exceptions, and makes time adjustments
Leadership Support
Serves as associate contact and resource.
Obtains information and offers solutions to filter and prioritize requests for leadership time and attention.
Mentors, offers guidance, and delegates to other assistants.
Resolves internal and external customer requests.
Develops, maintains, and works within an internal network to share and escalate information.
Conducts technical coordinator activities
Expertise and Improvement
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.
Provides expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs.
Builds commitment for perspectives and rationales
Implementation of Business Solutions
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions.
Builds relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Identifies business needs and determines necessary processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00-$80,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
