We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Implementation and Support Consultant (ISC) for the BlueGolf and taskTracker systems. The ISC will be responsible for providing customers with outstanding service. The ideal candidate is someone that is enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and is passionate about golf.
The ISC will be part of a team that provides onboarding consultation to new customers as well as support to existing customers. The ISC must be motivated, detail-oriented, and results-oriented in this role. They must coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure successful implementations. The ISC must be equally adept at resolving difficult technical challenges as they are at speaking properly with consumers
Responsibilities & Duties
- Configure the systems appropriately to provide an efficient implementation while meeting clients' needs
- Provide best practices and system operations guidance to our customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- First point of contact for incoming support requests from clients including phone, email and chat for BlueGolf and taskTracker systems
- Demonstrate understanding of the technical problems with ability to clearly articulate business solutions to solve these problems
- Create and provide internal and external educational material
- Assist with Special Projects as assigned by Management
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter that can accomplish goals with minimal supervision
- Creative and solution-oriented thinker
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a growing, fast-paced, environment
- Previous computer software support experience preferred
- Knowledge of the golf industry preferred
