Job Title: Outreach Agent (Full-Time)
Location: Houston, TX (Must live within 45 minutes of Houston)
Projected Start Date: March 10, 2025
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:00am-4:30pm CST)
Work Environment: Remote (with equipment provided), allowing you a better work-life balance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to/from provider offices to collect patient charts for insurance purposes.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clear communication and high-quality interactions.
- Adhere to strict attendance policies, especially during the first 90 days (no flexibility).
- Accurately document and update patient information and provider responses.
***NO TIME OFF FOR FIRST 90 DAYS***
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high volume call center environment.
- Ability to work in a quiet location with no distractions.
- Adhere to all required KPI's.
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to be on camera during training and when supervisor requires.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
