Details:
- $16 hourly
- Temp to hire
- All equipment provided
- Training 8 days schedule between 9am and 6:30 EST depending on availability
- Post training schedule 9am to 6pm (Schedule may change after first 90 days)
What you will do:
- Outreach agents contact providers officed to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
- High call volume 100+ daily
What you need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have hard wired high speed internet
- Contact Center/Telemarketing Experience
- Customer Service and/or Sales Experience (Hospitality, Travel, Healthcare)
- Computer skills and basic trouble shooting
- Familiarity with Dialer Technology preferred
