We’re seeking a Commercial Lines Account Assistant to support our Mid-Market practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced team, gain exposure to commercial insurance programs, and contribute to the retention and growth of client accounts.

What You’ll Do
Deliver prompt and professional service to internal and external clients, handling inquiries and processing requests.
Prepare and review documents, including certificates, policies, renewal packages, and insurance summaries.
Process endorsements, invoicing, and generate reports using our online program system.
Calculate adjustments and premiums accurately for insurance policies and related documents.
Assist with the collection of accounts receivable and adhere to file management standards.
Enhance your knowledge of insurance products and participate in professional development opportunities.
What You’ll Need for Success
1-2 years of administrative support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with EPIC or similar systems is an asset.
Strong customer service skills, with experience supporting healthcare professionals being a bonus.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when needed
