Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to support an AmLaw ranked law firm client in hiring multiple direct hire auto warranty staff attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit staff attorneys for positions within an AmLaw ranked law firm.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain and update ATS/CRM databases.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of Southern California attorneys.
Provide metrics on recruitment activities, including candidates sourced, connections made, interviews scheduled, offers made, placements booked, and falloffs.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a legal recruiter within a US law firm hiring attorneys.
Corporate legal recruiting experience will be considered.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS/CRM databases.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience recruiting for automotive breach of warranty staff attorneys is ideal.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $55.00 per hour
