After training period this role is 100% remote, with occasional travel to our Waterboro location in emergencies.
Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR)- Access Center role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Experience in a medical office preferred.
