What you’ll be doing:
As the Media Investment Associate at our performance marketing agency, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our media buying and account management processes. Your primary focus will be to assist our media buying and account management teams in implementing effective strategies across multiple client accounts. You will ensure that client campaigns are delivered efficiently, serve as a key liaison between our network partners, vendors, and internal teams, and support the account management team in maintaining excellent client communication.
- Operational Support: Ensure our media buying and account management operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the implementation of strategies for multiple clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery to ensure strategies are correctly implemented and objectives are met.
- Liaison Work: Act as the main point of contact between network partners, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless campaign execution.
- Order Management: Send and track network orders and asset traffic instructions, ensuring all campaign materials are correctly distributed and accounted for.
- Billing Reconciliation: Track, organize, and reconcile weekly television network logs to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Research and Analysis: Perform ad hoc research and analysis using tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, and iSpot to support strategic decisions.
- Industry Engagement: Participate in meetings with publishers to stay current on TV/OTT trends and leverage this knowledge to provide media recommendations.
- Client Support: Assist the account management team with client communication and the preparation of weekly reports and presentations.

Professional Qualifications:
- No prior specific experience required; knowledge of the advertising or media industry is a plus.
- Very organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, ask questions, and work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables).
- Strong business writing and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, etc.).
- Excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks against tight deadlines.

The hiring salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to 20% of base salary.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
