CNC Machinery Support Technician (Remote)

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinery Support Technician to remotely assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving CNC equipment issues. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to address technical concerns with CNC equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on CNC machines, including brands such as Haas, Mazak, Amada, Doosan, Makino, Fanuc, DMG, Kitamura, and similar systems.
- Provide expert guidance on equipment maintenance, operation, and configuration.
- Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with CNC machinery, particularly troubleshooting a variety of leading brands.
- Deep knowledge of CNC machine setup, operations, and maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist clients remotely.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote home office.
