The Role
The Customer Service Rep's (CSR) primary role is to key received order requests into multiple systems for internal and external order submissions. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Entering customer orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Review the order for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and verify that the order submission is accepted. This role is a non-customer-facing position. Working with internal POC with limited to no interaction with customers. Requires a GSA background check working with Federal accounts.
The Main Responsibilities
• Work independently on case orders and, at times, with other groups to request additional order information necessary to complete order submissions
• Check source documents for accuracy
• Verify data and correct data where necessary
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• Enter data from source documents into the computer systems and forms
• Check completed work for accuracy
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Computer and technical skills - 2 or more years of experience including Microsoft suite
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving
- Telecom knowledge or background is preferred including managed services, Voice, Ethernet, DWDM, SRE, DIA, SD-WAN

Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$35269 - $47025 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$37000 - $49500 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$38982 - $51975 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$40838 - $54450 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
